Dear Sir,
For, to getting mandatory, or permanent injunction thro' specific relief act, you need the onus of proof to be adduced at respective jurisdiction as an advantage to you at court of law about to win case, then only you can be granted same, and by conveince the judge lawfully, OK ? otherwise you may opt for temporary injuntion, but not mandatory one, Ok ?
Thank You,
Kind Regards. Sanjay K. Dixit, Advocate,
