a 30 year old document is presumed to be valid unless the contrary is shown.

There is no age for the validity of a document as long as it is legally executed, valid & subsisting that means not cancelled, by either of the party by mutual agreement or unilaterally . thks shantarao associates Safdarjung Enclave 09920563943 011 26173648
