Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
What if information desired under RTI act is not given by a organization ?? How can a person get it through court. is not giving such information a crime ? what action can be taken against such organization
Can income tax returns with computation / balance sheet can be provided under RTI act.

Your question is incomplete. You may not seek info about income of other persons. However, if you are denied info which you are entitled under RTI Act, you may file an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
