HOW TO KNOW THE INTENDED LAND FOR PURCHASE IS ASSIGNED LAND. i PURCHASED A LAND IN 1984 AND REGISTERED REGISTERED AS NON ASSIGNED LAND. PANCHAYATH GAVE ME LAY OUT APPROVAL WITH A FEE OF RECEIPT. WHEN I APPROACHED MRO HE HAS ISSUED A PAHNI OF 1984-85 WITH THE NAME OF PATTADAR WHO WANTS TO DISPOSES THE LAND. COPY OF PAHANI AVILABLE WITH ME OF 1984-85.IN 2010 REVENUE DEPARTMENT SAYS IT IS ASSIGNED LAND AND COVERS UNDER AP ASSIGNED LAND PROHIBITION ACT. IF IT IS RESTRICTED LAND FOR SALE/PURCHASE IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE MENTIONED IN PAHANI OR NOT.CAN YOU PLEASE CLARIFY
