Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
If an interim order of injunction of a high court is disobeyed then is there a timelimit to file application under Order 39 rule 2a of civil procedure? Also can civil contempt and Order 39 rule 2a be filed in one (same petition) or do you have to file two different petitions for both provisions of law?

You choose your remedy - file only one of the applications - either u/O 39 R 2-A or under COCA.
