I am invovled in a case where a plaintiff obtained a judgment for breach of contract, and the defendant then fraudulently transfered his assets to avoid payment of the judgment.
What is the statute of limitations on a fraudulent conveyance claim, and what is the relevant statute?

within 3 years. regarding frustration of decree, you may go for cancellation of the transfer documents if executed after the decree.
