Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am Kaif .i am resident of Hyderabad,India. I want to know some questions related to property. we have ancestral property. we are resided in that house near 100 yrs. it was my great grand father property.in 1960 the property was tranfered to my grand father name. but due to the domestic problem.my family members lost papers.but every thing like electricty bill, property tax, every thing is on my grandfathers name only.but some stranger know about that we had lost the papers.they are trying harras and take possesion. what we do.plz help. give as much as information related this

you may lodge a complaint against the stranger in the police station and if nothing happens, you may file a suit for permanent injunction against him.
