what kind of legal action taken by purchaser if the property enter in partition suit after sold by defendant purchased whom party other legal heir challenging the registered will and taken status quo against whom party sold to defendant and make party to the defendant in the suit so, what kind of negative reaction taken by whom sold the property by defendant on the bayan agreement only nor taken full and final consideration and nor execute sale deed to other party.
