Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
an old lady gave agriculture land rights to her sons in the form of title deed passbooks through tashildar in 2000. Later she made a settlement deed in2002 to her daughter, giving part of the land in the passbooks and declared that she has no right to cancel the settlement. Now in 2012 sons came to know this settlement and revoked the settlement saying that it was wrong on her part to make settlement of the land whoose title deeds already given to her sons through passbooks and on enjoyment by her sons. Now is it necessary for the sons to make settlement of the same land in favour of them after revoking the settlement done to daughter?

Contact a local lawyer, who can guide you appropriately, as the dates of settlements are necessary to give proper advise, and also one needs to see the document/s executed at the time of both the settlements.
