Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
When land is aquaired by State and the award is not satisfactory, the land lord gone for appeal and stay was given. so my question is that whether interest will be given for the period of stay or not?

depends whether you claimed the interest in your main petition or not. in case you have not, you may amend your petition.
