land

My Father has given a plot in Hyderabad, Near ECIL,Andhrapradesh. as gift which

my father purchased in the year 1982 I hv registered in the year 2004 as gift deed. Now I want to sale that plot but I am not having link documents even my father also not having the same. I approached Register office and taken C.C. But

when it come for sale every body asking for link document in original but i am helpless. Sir for this any

First of all you need to acquire a 7 X 12 Form from your Circle Officer in Hyderabad so the hierarchy can be referred. Please contact personally with details.

It is better you search the same details in the concerned Registrar office, If you could not get the details from Registrar office, then approach to the Gram Panchayat of the village of concerned area and find out with MRO / VDO/ etc or Even you can go and verify in the ROR registrar which will be having with the MRO.

Mostly you will get the details of your plot in any one of the surevey no which will be in KHASARA PAHANI of 1956.

Still you have not get required information, better consult for a lawyer of your nearest Area with all detail of the land.
