we have a land in the name of my grand mother(alive) and my father made an agreement with purchaser with three months validity and three months are over. i have signed as one of the witness... is this agreement valid without my grand mother signature.....
land is an anchestrol property came to my grand mother ..since my grand father is not alive

Your grandmother is one of the owner of the property her sign is necessary but you are the material witness so you can be grab in criminal case but limitation of three months is expired whether the purchaser send legal notice or give any complaint
I differ with the opinion mentioned here in above . The property is in your grand mother 's name it means she is the owner and her signatures are necessary for any buying or selling of the property. It cannot be ancestral property because of various reasons.
