land issue
Dear Sir,

My father purchased 3.05 acres land with his own earned money. he has not transferred in his name for few year. After few years the land transferred to my brother's name directly from the seller with my father permission. Our family is combined till now. Now my father expired, my brother told that he earned the property with his own money, there is no right to other family members on the land. when the transfer of the land to his name he has not married.

I request you to advise me what can i do now?

You may claim your share, seeking a declaration that the property is actually owned by your father, if can establish that the land was purchased with your father's money.

I believe, you should see if you can demonstrate in the court that the property was purchased from your father's money. If yes, then you should proceed to file a suit for declaration or partition of the property.
