Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
the land owners have expired,builder executed a conveyance deed with the heirs of the owners,monetary was executed in time but the flats is still not given to the heir.the title is still in the name of the owners,one of the owner expired in 1995,conveyance was executed in 1996,three buildings have been constucted till2001,the project is at astand still,it is under SRA,CAN THE HEIRS CHALLENGE THE BUILDER IN COURT OF LAW .sir,your opinion will be much appreciated.kindly tell us what to do to remove the builder from our property.thanks..
