Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
land purchase by me ,but part of that was subjudish,in the lowercourt it was admited my portion is out of dispute, the litigant was in possetion, but my land wasvacant, now he is going to construct in part of my land,what to do,please advice, though i am in active legal practice i have little knowledge, please help me.

in case the part of land that you purchased is not sub judice, then what is your fear. in case he is constructing on your land, you may seek stay of construction by filing a civil suit.
