Please let me know any latest case under section 498 as the accused has gone to high court under section 498 against the order of the lower court under the Negotiable Instrument Act

there is no 498 in Negotiable instrument act. One goes to High court normally under sec 482 of Criminal Procedure Code and not 498. There are several latest cases, but, one needs to know the fact
