Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am a law graduate from pune and passed my law degree in may 2011 i.e. this year only. I also got enrolled as an advocate in delhi bar council and will be appearin for the All india bar eaxm on 24th july 2011 i.e. after two days. And after passing the bar eaxm i will get a certificate of practice. I want to know that till the time my Bar exam result declared, can i appear in the court in the lawyers dress i.e after wearing gown and band. since i got enrolled as an advocate in delhi bar council, but dont get a certificate of practice from bar councilof india yet, can i appear in the court in a lawyers dress.

No, you cannot. This question should have been answered by you alone since you were preparing to take the Bar Exam. Or you should have made an attempt to look into the law to answer the question. Where is the spark?
