Leave and License

after the expiry of the agreement my Licensee is not vacating my comercial premieses.there is a registered agreement

COntact a local lawyer for a legal notice and subsequently approach the competent court for appropriate remedy.

You have to sent him a legal notice to vacate and even after that if licensee does not vacate file a suit against him for vacating the premises.

issue legal notice thru an advocate and then file suit for eviction if he doenot vacate.
