Actually i lend some money with the security of my check, i clear the money, but he cheated me and bounce my check , how i prove my repayment, actually i borrow 17,000/- but he quoted 50,000/- on the check .

you should have taken the cheque back at the time of repayment. in this case, if he files the case, you need to defend it by proving you paid the entire amount. it is upto you and your lawyer to prove it.

Is there any evidence to prove that you have repaid the amount borrowed then file a counter in the same case or issue legal notice to him and asking him to hand over the cheque leaves of you.
