Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
when does the limitation actually start?
Sir,
meetings were held with other party to supply certain goods in the year 2005. other party accepted and signed the minutes to supply but he did not supply. we sent legal notice but no reply. again we sent legal notice in 2008 but only one party replied saying that im not responsible to supply only other paty is responsible. now my question is minutes were signed in Oct 2005 and even though emails were exchanged in between, two legal notices were sent, the last one in July 2008. to institute suit aginst them when does the limitation start and end.
