Hi, though we are living in seperate house, my husbands ancestal property is not divided. We have purchased some property .Will my husband's brother has any right on our purchased property ?

in case the property was purchased by your husband out of the funds earned by him only, the brother of your husband would have no right.
Dear Sir,
If you're purchased any property on accretion basis, which means from family funds, then it shall comes to H.U.F properties, or if you're purchased any property exclusively on your own funds, then it shall comes to be self acquired property, which means self earned property. But amount of burden is up to both parties while through trying a suit at court.
Thank You,
