Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I was in love with a guy and had physical relationship with him for three years when he put vermilion on my forehead in his flat with no witness.No legal document or photo is there to support the fact. I dumped him 5 months ago because he was violently abusive-both physically and mentally.But since then he has been threatening me.I already filed an FIR against him.Now he has filed a case that I am married to him because of the vermilion.Is it possible that I will be accused of any crime in the court of law?I didn't marry him by saptapadi so I am not married to him right?I am from India
