Div can be obtained one sided but it is really a tough nut to crack and need to prove lot of things against the other side with lot of relevant evidence.

For any one sided proceedings, it is required that the opposite party is properly served; and despite service, the defendant decides not to oppose the divorce petition.

You may file your petition; effect service upon the opposite the party; and if the opposite party fails to appear DESPITE SERVICE, the court may record your statement and grant divorce.

There can be one sided hearing only if the opponent is served with summons but the opponent does not appear. However, there cannot be one sided divorce because for any proceedings two parties are involved and both the parties have to follow the order of the court.
