Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i made an agreement to sell for a flat at delhi for Rs 34 lac and paid Rs1 lac advance Now the seller does'nt want to sell the same. He is a govt servant can his department take any action on this

in case he is not selling the flat and you have the advance receipt, you can file a civil suit for specific performance against him asking him to perform his part of the agreement and accept the consideration and sell the flat. the department would not interfere in such matters and the courts can get you justice.
