Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A male Hindu dying intestate prior to amendment in 2005(Hindu Succession Act) . But his wife delivers twins -a boy and a girl after the amendment. What is the right to the girl baby?

amendment would be applicable and girl is also entitled to a share.

Dear Sir,
"Right accrues to a girl child will be equal to that of two male childs, and their subsequent shares in the Hindu Undivided Family shall become 1/4 with an inclusion of living mother
in said joint property".
