Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

marriage

i want to marry a girl but her parents are not ready for marriage but she is 20yr old and matured but her father is in police and he tortured her daughter physically and mentally to forget me and also said to her that if she took any step against him he will going to kill me and her daughter too. ??? and he also said that he will charge my father in a false case and put him in jail. what can i do in this situation ????

This world is not of coward persons.Be brave and take your decision in consultation with girl and ask her to come with you, if you can't do so then forget the girl and if girl also does not have gutts then also forget her which will save you from other troubles.

move complaint to the commissioner of police regarding all this and ask for protection.

also move to court for protection and other safety measures.
