Sir,

I love a brahmin girl. We all are matured and we will plan to get marry in this 14th Feb. But the girl's parents r not agreed to our marriage.Now they have mentally tourcher her and capture her in their home and guard her so that she will not come with me.Now can I submit a affair to Police Station against her parents and go to her home with a lawyer with police and free her and bring her with me?

If you have any proof to establish your relationship and intended marriage, you may consider filing a petition in the High Court for HABEAS CORPUS. The court may record statement of the girl; and if she agrees for marriage or for living separate from her parents, the court may direct her release from parents custody.

If she is above 18 yrs and you are above 21yrs old and can prove the above then go ahead.
