Dear Sir,
From 9th September 2005 parliament has passed bill with the retrospective effect regards
to ladies share's should be allotted through H.U.F properties, hence it's possible to claim their shares in tentoment of such properties, whether unmarried or, married daughter shall
be of immaterial to claim their respective shares.
