Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am married daughter.my father was expired in june 2010. he own ten acres agriculture land.
he executed a registred will in 1997 in favour my brother.mutation in revenue court is also sanctioned
in favour of my brother on basis of will. what can i do to receive my share in land. can i challenge it in civil court. please guide me.

you will have to challenge the mutation and also the registered will of the father.

in case the property was self acquired and the will is valid, you may not have a right.
