I am married to a girl one and a half years back.But now i came to know that she is not interested on me anymore.She has an affair before marriage.And she was forced to marry me by her parents compulsion and emotional blackmail.But she literally told me one day that i am her husband only for the society sake.So i left her to her parents .But now they are forcing me to take her.But i have no interest on her anymore.She also betrayed me that she is going to attempt suicide when she stayed withe me.So i just dont want to take the risk of bringing her back.In this situation , how can i apply for a divorce?

file a divorce petition before the district Judge
You have two grounds for divorce. One cruelty and the other adultery. But for adultery you will have to make the man also a party in the case.
you need to have a cogent ground for filing the divorce. in your case, as the facts elaborated, you cannot file a divorce petition on the grounds of adultry stating her affair before marriage. this is no ground. you can file a petition on the ground of mental cruelty for the threat of suicide but you may have to prove it....in my opinion, you should amicably settle the matter as you may not get divorce easily.
