What is the meaning of ''any person lawfully in the premises''.

A person in premises means he has got a legal right to occupy the same.He can be an owner,tenant or licenceem but doesnt include the tresspasser beacause he has got no right or authority to stay in the premises.

3. Driver/owner of a Vehicle entrusted to a workshop is a person lawfully in the premises of the workshop;

''any person lawfully in the premises''. means a person who is placed in possession with lease, mortgage, licence,or consent of the owner. he should not be a tresspasser.
