Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Can a member of a housing society in Maharashtra seek money claim for loss/damages purportedly suffered by him consequent to the society issuing him a conditional NOC against his application for mortgaging of his flat to a nationalised bank for obtaining educational loan for his son by filing dispute under section 91 of the MCS ACT 1960 before the Co-operative Court?

no the chances of winning and getting damages are very rare in such cases as the society has a discretion to issue NOC for mortgaging the flat or for any purpose
