mental

My immidiate niabourer has fixed permanentely shoes from reveres side toward me,pretendending to to keep away bad omans, but the real intention is to show these shoes tome. I got consulted many advocates in this regard but they are unable to tell me the legal remedy of this nuisance.You are requested kindly tell me the legal course to save me from this constant mental harasment.
