Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Misleading

My question falls in company as well as family matters.

My question is my father submitted my resignation( was not signed by me) to a pvt.ltd company and later on he made himself a director to of the company also he has sent details of resignation and his appointment to the roc. for 15 years he has taken various loans from banks and private parties on my name. now I stuggled for 15 years with out remuration and now that the company has come out from the red, he has fraudenlty removed me.

Please advice me of my rights and what judicial action should I take .

It is to be seen as to whether the loans were in your individual name or in the capacity of director of the company?
