Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My mother bought two small pieces of land in our native...property in her name...some 20 to 30 years before ...but she died in 2000. Me, my brothera and my father are the legal heirs. We want to dispose the property, but my brother and father said...we will sign a release deed or settlement deed in your favour, u pls arrange to sell and share the money with us. Can that be done? If yes...can that be done anywhere or only in the respective registrar offices where the properties are bought? Pls answer. Woud be grateful. Property in Trichy and we are in Chennai, TAMIL NADU.
