Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My mother expired in pune on 6-6-2004 .She has made her will in 1995 which has been submmitted for probate by my sister without my knowladge.I am a disable person and can't move out of my house.HOW CAN I KNOW WHICH COURT ?my sister has submmitted my mother's will.WE stay in 12,Mahatma Society,Kothrud,Pune-411038 and the will is also made on this property.
