Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My mother in law making will. She has 4 sons and 1 daughter. She is distributing the propetry equally among their four sons and some shere for her daughter. I am her 4 number son's wife. Can I sign as witness in the will?

It is better that you do not sign if your husband is a beneficiary.
