Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My mother purchased a plot situated at LONI Ghaziabad. My family member in 1 brother and 4 sister. My mother died without WILL regarding that plot. My brother create the problem in many type and not sought the problem anyway. So, What can I file the suit for family settlement and what my right are have or not? - Sudha

You have 1/5th share in your mothers property and you can file a suit for partition before the court.
