Neighbour's harasment by frequent quarelling

My neighbour is hostile for no reason and picks up quarell for any thing and every thing there by has destroyed my peace of mind and causing high BP. Is there any law to prevent such harassing act of neighbour?

yes, u can obtain an injunction by elaborating the acts that he has done to spoil ur peace of mind and creating nuisance for you. you may approach the civil court and file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction.
