Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

noise due to school

we have school just next to our house there is noise right

from morning to evening .....we have told them to avoid

noise during daytime so eledrly people in our home can

sleep during day time ...but they dont listen and whole day

there is noise and also traffic congestion outside our

house..what can be done for this please advice.

I would advice to request the school authorities for the same because presuming that the school is made in accordance with the law its tough to get any remedy if a case is being made.

If the school has been established in accordance with law, you may hardly have any remedy in this situation.

I believe you may not have much remedy in this case. Though, you can request school oficials to maintain little discipline amongst the students.
