Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
order 37 cpc rule 1(2)(b)(iii). It is written (iii) on a guarantee, where the claim against the principal is in respect of a debt or liquidated demand only.
Here I want to know whether "the principal" here means "principal debtor" or "principal amount"
Thanks.
