ower of a property died without tranferring his rights to any sinle/multiple member of his family.4 contenteders left with equal but undivided share of that plot.Three of them sold their undivided share to a third party by transferring their share to one of them.what maximum steps can taken against those three seller and buyer.

your query is not clear. do elaborate it. undivided share cannot be sold and the property has to be partitioned by metes and bounds before sale.
