Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
If the Ownership document of the Land where joint family stays and the owner of the land dies, can mother declare legally her elder son ( if he is not taking responsibility of the mother in her life time) that he will not receive any part of her share of the property after her death .

If the owner of the land dies intestate then the land would devolve upon his legal heirs that includes the children , wife and mother of the deceased.
