Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My parents had bought a house on Pagdi system in the year 1986..My dad and mom live with my sister.. My husband and I live in my parents house because of convenience. We have been regular in paying the rent and water charges. My lanlord has now sent me a notice that the married daughter cannot stay in the parents house which is on pagdi system and that we will have to surrender the house back to her incase our parents dont choose to stay here. Does the landlord have the right to throw a married daughter off from her parents house?
