Whether partition of HUF immovable property amounts to transfer of property? Is there any creation, extinguishing, assignment of rights in such an act of partition by HUF members?

Dear Sir,

No partition of HUF immovable property can transfere of the property unless the action of such transfere take place by the legal declaration, relequishments of shares or legal rights by subsequent heirs apparent as per the devolution of their interests in said HUF properties, and yes legal rights naturally be their in respect to HUF properties shares of the subsequent heirs through by partition.
