Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
partition suit filed - deft.absent- pltf.seeks withdrawal of the suit - withdrawal disallowed by judge stating in partition suit even deft's are to be treated like pltf.and once filed cannot be withdrawn - kindly guide whether withdrawal is possible /
