Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I have a partnership firm with my brother. I want it dissolved. My brother is neither buying out my share not cooperating for dissolution. I went to the bank to ask them to change our account from either/or to joint sign. However, bank manager refused to do so without the signature of both the account holders (ie me and my brother). I am worried that my brother will draw out money from the account. What course of action should I take to stop bank transactions by him and to dissolve partnership? Its urgent. Kindly help.
