Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
in partnership firm difference of opinion arose and firm closed since last two years and both the parties filed a case at district court,in between the elders of village take a the issue and make some common resoulation.both the parties submit joint memo about the panchayat muchilica.Finally the district court ordered party A take over the firm and party B.to go out with the settlement amount.now the party B refuse the settlement amount and demanding huge amount.Party A already take the position.What is the soultion to run the firm.
