Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I have passed my LLB (Special) exam. from Sir L A Shah Law College in 1996 (Gujarat-Ahmedabad) and have been working at present. Due to retire in Jan. 2012. If I wish to practice as a lawyer, whether it is compulsory for me to pass the Lawyer's examination? If not, whether I can still appear in the said examination for academic purpose? What are the documents required to be furnished for appearing in the exam?
