Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
After passing away of my father we all brother total 4 and one sister had given the requishment deed registered to our mother. One of the brother got gifted more property compare to others. Is any brother has rights to object ? Can he challenge the gift deed ?
Or mother has discretion power being a absolute owner of the property.

yes mother has discrition if property belongs to her but if it is ancestrol property then u may challange.
